Everything - rooms, garden, ping-pong, fresh fruits from the garden, lovely hosts, tasty food delivered from their restaurant in town for dinner. 10/10. Have been to borjomi a couple of times & wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Super relaxing vibe and only 10min drive / 15GEL bolt into Borjomi if you want to do touristy stuff.

Owner cant speak english The single bed is extremely small as if it is for a child The double bed is also not comfortable The sofa bed is just ok and next to kitchen The heating also very old and sometimes idle making the floor extremely cold The facilities in the kitchen is also not in good condition Overall it has limited space but wide parking space

I had an amazing stay! The staff was incredible, so kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with so many wonderful choices to enjoy. There was terrace with an amazing view. They gave us extra water bottles for free when we left. A special thank you to the administrator – you were absolutely wonderful. The hotel exudes a cozy, homey charm, and very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and the ambiance was peaceful, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Bakuriani, with easy access to the ski slopes and local attractions. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely loved this place! It’s super cozy and feels just like home. The owners are such kind, friendly people — they made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is amazing, right in the middle of the forest, but still super easy to get to. Everything was spotless and beautifully kept. Just a perfect little escape — can’t wait to come back!
