The employees make you feel the most welcome in this most beautiful landscape. They know the valley as no other, always ready to facilitate you in anything you need. The setting of the hotel is stunning and for food we never ordered of a menu, we were simply asked what we would like for dinner. We need to come back here!

A really wonderful hotel in the middle of nature, in a quiet valley that offers amazing walks and scenery. Very well equipped rooms with feather blankets and beautiful views. Friendly staff, even a guest library, a lot of information about the area! Stayed for two nights after the mestia-ushguli hike, just to stay a bit more in the mountains. A unique and exceptional place, highly recommended!

Outstanding place, convinced this is some of the best Georgia has to offer. David, the host, was super helpful and available, and the place is just breathtaking. We stayed in the room with the sky window and it was fantastic! Also, the family cooks amazing food both for breakfast and dinner. Everything is homemade and harvested from their land, and therefore incredibly tasty. We really want to go back!

🌟 We had an absolutely perfect stay at Svanieri Cottage. The place is even more beautiful than the photos, cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The view is breathtaking, and the common area was ideal for celebrating a birthday with close friends. Everything was smooth: check-in, communication, and the overall vibe. We felt right at home. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back ❤️

Phenomenal stay, gorgeous mountain views, comfortable rooms, delicious food and generous hosts + We had a phenomenal stay at Gethauz afrasidze The property is beautiful and remote with gorgeous views of Mts. Ushba and Mazeri; the hosts were immensely generous, accommodating, and flexible and prepared one of the most delicious dinners we had in all of Georgia so we were fueled for long hikes in Svaneti. I’d highly recommend getauz afrasidze for the most idyllic and comfortable stay in Mazeri.

Beautiful little place with a view of the mountain range from the front. The property itself is very cosy and warm when it’s cold outside. The kitchen has everything necessary for a longer stay - we were there for 2 weeks. There are some good natured, cute stray animals around the area that may come to say hello, so if you miss your pets at home these guys can help bridge that gap
