Amazing customer service, a nice calm vibe set the tone of the stay. An ideal location close to the old town allowed for an easy walk to dinner. The best holiday at the best hotel! Located in the city center the left 5 minutes walk old town and right 5 minutes walk the beach. the rooms are clean and tidy - The best of all are the people who work there ! Thank you sooo much for birthday surprise, for helping my parents with everything they needed - all staff workers were kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious so what more could you want! Will be happy to come and recommending to everyone!

Everything was perfect: - very professional, kind and helpful team - strategically very good location (on the main street, between the old town and beach, it takes minutes to go anywhere you want) - cozy, comfortable, stylish & modern rooms Hotel is very centrally located, on a busy street with loads of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. It is normal that until certain time it is noisy outside. To me this was absolutely ok and even fun (+ you can always close the window and there will be no noise at all) but I think it is good to know and pay attention when selecting a room, if silence is an important factor.

The staff was very friendly and kind. Everything was spotless clean and we also had cleaning every 2-3 days. The apartment is very close to the beach and it has lots of restaurants and supermarkets near. You can also walk along the beach to get to the old town. We had a ground floor apartment and it also had a small terrace. All the doors and windows have nets they keep mosquitoes and other bugs out. They provided us with beach towels and a small umbrella to take to the beach and we had a bottle of wine waiting for us.

    We had a most pleasant weather during our one-week stay at...

    We had a most pleasant weather during our one-week stay at Gerani, 26-28 degrees during Oct.5-12, and enjoyed swimming in the sea each day. Convenient distances to Preveli and Plaka beaches, and had a one-day trip by ship to Balos as well. Enjoyed good food and best service at the restaurant nearby. A couple of times we prepared our own meal at the villa, where we had all facilities needed.

    The most perfection home!

    The most perfection home! It was clean, great location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hospitality was beyond excellent. Easy communication with the owner. He regularly checked in to ensure everything was fine. He went above and beyond, and to him we are grateful. Our experience with this home made our trip a pleasant experience. There was housekeeping offered during our stay. This was the first time I have experience this when booking a home. Thank you to Alex and his team for making us feel like family! Highly recommend!!
