1. The breakfast has plenty of options for all the tastes. One of the best we've found out there. 2. The room was very comfy with enough space for a couple. 3. The pool is amazingly beautiful with a good structure around it. It even has a built-in hydro massage. 4. The location is amazing, and the city center can be reached easily by bike (5 min.) or foot (10 min.). 5. The private beach is located in the another side of the road with a good structure (bar service, shower, etc...) and the beach water is very nice. 6. Finally, the staff of this hotel was very friendly and gentle with us, attending all our expectations and more.

The staff were amazing, very pleasant to talk to and helpful with suggestions of where to eat, requested taxi, etc. They also gave me early check-in, which I was happy for after walking 15mins in the heat from the ferry port. The location was great, 10mins walk to town but it wasn't necessary. There was the hotel bar, and restaurants, cafes and convenience stores few steps away. The beach was literally across the street. The room was spacious and spotless, had all amenities (except shower cap), and there was a coffee machine with 2 complimentary pods. The balcony had table/chair to relax and enjoy sea view. Room service was daily, I was there for 2 days and didn't need, but I got fresh towels. Breakfast was delicious, good variety, everything was tasty and fresh. The pool was on the small side with covered loungers, still cozy. It's located at the back of the hotel surrounded by other tall buildings. There is a pool bar. I was very comfortable, had a great stay, and definitely recommend this hotel.

The owner of hotel was very helpful and polite, always took care of the guests. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast was so tasty and delicious with local dishes. Coffe after the breakfast was so good because of new fancy coffemachine. Hotel is located in very silent part of city. Really recommend this hotel especially for families.

It was accepted because it was a last minute booking and entertainment restaurant’s etc needed. Recommend Patrikos restaurant. Also just nearby was a restaurant that used vinyl records to show their menu. Great for breakfast and 5 star evening meal. Just can’t remember its name!

Loved walking around in the city center and having lunch...

Loved walking around in the city center and having lunch here during the day, but we mostly had dinner along the beach. Lots of things to see, many boat trips (3 Island Trip with the Oddysey and Nisyros trip highly recommended). Beach: We loved going to Tarzan and using their sunbeds. Also recommend renting a bike and touring for a day. Number 1 restaurant: The Chasapaki

Kos is a fascinating town with ancient Roman ruins everywhere and a great selection of shops and restaurants! Avoid the strip along the beach where it’s quite gritty and scruffy, we got the bus most days to other beaches as we got a bit sick of the busyness of the town. If we return we will stay in Kardamena or Kefalos instead

Kos was one of the most visitor friendly island.

Kos was one of the most visitor friendly island. The large sidewalks and bike lanes were impressive. The post barriers along streets also great. the benches along Marina provided umbrellas for shade. That was a first! It is a well thought out plan for people. Walkable. Restaurants were diverse and delicious. The one thing missing was traditional live Greek music playing in restaurants or an outdoor venue.

I mostly stayed near Kos Town and walked everywhere, averaging about 40k steps a day. I highly recommend learning to ride a bike or, even better, a motorcycle. Renting a car is a good choice, but parking can be tricky.

The most outstanding experience of Kos town was the people.

The most outstanding experience of Kos town was the people. Everywhere we went we met kind, friendly and generous people. Everything in Kos town is within walking distance from the beach to the old town. Numerous restaurants cater for every need from a simple Gyros to exceptional seafood dishes.

Hotel was on good position in the city centre of Kos town. Restaurants, shops and city beach was not far. Reception work 24 hours, staff on reception was perfect with all information and the "reception bell" work perfectly. Apartment was with 2 the same bedrooms and big balcony with view to the poolside. WIFI worked normally. Pool was big and nice and not with a lot of people.

Everything was perfect! Tidy rooms that are cleaned daily and the bed linen smells great! The best location in town, quiet street, friendly staff (kudos to the reception staff for their kindness and recommendations), easy check-in, everything is close to the hotel; bars, restaurants, rent a cars... If I come to Kos town next time, I will choose this place again. :)

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked well and great normal sized fridge with freezer compartment. Also had the use of a pool at a nearby hotel which was great. Hotel ideally situated to walk to Kos town port-5 mins and 10 mins walk to bus station. Also lots of ruins to see nearby and amphitheater.
