Amazing breathtaking 180 degree panoramic sea view, much nicer than on the photos. Comfortable villa, exceptionally clean and lovely hosts. Sea views from nearly all rooms. Amazing wrap around balcony upstairs and lovely infinity pool, lights up at night. Good supplies upon arrival provided, water, fruit, wine, coffee etc... The villa exceeded our expectations, we loved it and we would love to go back, amazing memories.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casaly hotel and spa, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel was *spotlessly clean* throughout, from the rooms to the common areas, which made the stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in maintaining the property. What stood out the most, however, was the *amazing staff*. Every team member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. It truly made a difference in my overall experience. And let’s not forget about the *breakfast* – it was absolutely *superb*! There was a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes. I looked forward to every morning, knowing I would enjoy a great start to my day. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to everyone at Casaly for making my stay so memorable!

Everything! The location and hospitality were fantastic. There's a cute dog and a cute cat that loves petting. Owners are hospitable and very helpful with car rentals and provided tips on what-to-do around town. Walking distance to local market and town square with lots of cafes and restaurants. Close enough to see the turtles coming up the harbour during late morning. Katia introduced us to take the ferry to Lixouri which we would not have found out online. Free parking right across the street. You definitely need a car to get the best of Kefalonia. The room and shower are very good. They upgraded our room too. This is the best place we've stayed throughout our 2-week trip all over Greece.

    Our stay at Moncasa was incredible from start to finish.

    Our stay at Moncasa was incredible from start to finish. On arrival, we were welcomed by both Kostas and Katerina, who had filled our fridge with fresh fruits from their garden, as well as a selection of traditional Greek treats that we found on the kitchen table. After showing us around the apartment, they said their goodbyes and left us to enjoy the fantastic views from the veranda, but not before letting us know that we were very welcome to help ourselves to any fruit & veg that are growing downstairs in their garden! Instantly we were made to feel right at home, which played a big part as to why our stay at Moncasa was so perfect. The following day we joined the hosts in the garden where we all chatted and ate fruits from the trees. We also asked for recommendations for a local restaurant. Katerina recommended ‘Mezzo’ which was fantastic. Katerina even gave us some of her delicious Greek food to try one afternoon (stuffed peppers & aubergines). The hospitality was absolutely incredible, and the home itself was breathtaking. An overall great experience, and would definitely return to Moncasa if ever in Kefalonia again.
