The accommodation was very clean, had A/C, comfortable bed, good hot shower, netflix, kitchen and living room, nice terrace,and situated down a quiet road , with a small supermarket at the top of it with all essentials you may need. A excellent location for all the restaurants, and 5 minute walk to the main bus station which services all. of Santorini also 13 minutes from the airport. Katerina the host, was available by phone and whats app for anything we needed and answered us very promptly, also we had a late flight, and she allowed us to stay much later than the checkout time , which enabled us to enjoy our last day! We really enjoyed our stay in Santozen Suites, and would definitely stay again, when we come back to Fira.

We spent a wonderful and successful week in mid-May with my siblings (four adults) at Pnoe (two bedroom suite), which is near the small village of Vourvoulos. The hotel is run by a charming young couple, Fanouria and Dimitrios. There were several reasons why we chose Pnoe over a hotel on the caldera side: 1. Location: We did not want a hotel in the tourist-heavy villages on the caldera edge (Fira, Imerovigli, Oia), as we knew these villages would be extremely crowded, cause large cruise ships bring masses of people daily to the narrow streets in addition to the tourists already staying on the island. We are active and fit walkers, so from Pnoe we could easily walk to various places, including own small village of Vourvoulos and the beach. Pnoe guarantees your privacy and peace. 2. Large rooms (suites): Compared to the hotels on the caldera side, the suites at Pnoe are significantly more spacious and much more affordable than those on the caldera edge. 3. Breakfast: Every day of the week, breakfast was served in our suite, which we enjoyed in the peace and quiet of our large private terrace with views of the countryside and the sea... and the morning sun. 4. Good concept and excellent service: Fanouria and Dimitrios have created a very well-functioning concept. The hotel does not have a reception; instead, we communicated with Fanouria via WhatsApp messages. We booked a rental car, informed them of our preferred breakfast time, ordered dinner to our room, etc. It worked excellently. We can warmly recommend Pnoe Luxury Suites to tourists considering Santorini. Fanouria and Dimitrios are nice and warm-hearted people, with whom it was always pleasant to chat whenever we met

I have just come from On the Cliff and I am very satisfied with everything. The host goes above and beyond to cater to the guest needs, that includes the staff at the restaurant. The rooms are very clean, spacious and there's everything you need and more. I loved that the rooms are unique, you cant get a room like this anywhere else. We purposely chose On the Cliff to stay home and enjoy it and we did just that. It was very hot in Santorini but lucky for the pool and air con. Thank you again for welcoming me and my family and taking care of us. I will be back again one day!

The room was super clean and view was great with jacuzzi. Everyday at 12pm there's a housekeeping service to clean your room and replenish the towels. Its walking distance to Fira centre. Very quiet location. We came across many cats but specifically black and white cat (we named him Jonny) he would.be waiting for us in front of our room in the evening. We bought some cat food and fed him on the street also. All in all, we really loved this place. Check in was easy and we were given tips on what to do and where to go.

Coskun and Artemis were the best hosts in Fira, making sure we are well taken care of. They add special touches to our room during daily refreshes and its a nice surprise to return to! The home cooked vegan breakfasts, with home grown produce and herbs, are what we look forward to daily and we are already missing them!     Bus companies were well organised, despite chaotic appearance. Used bus from airport, back from Oia, return trip to Akrotiri and to access the port. Drivers were very skilful. Beautiful location. Excellent dining in main street.

    It is very expensive to eat out, so you will need to shop around. If you stay away from the restaurants with a view, you can see a big difference in the prices if you go a street or two below for the same food. Bring runners with you as you will do alot of walking and the paths are not great so no heels. Beware of roads as they do not have the same rules (no rules) as your own country.

    We loved the area and our view.

    We loved the area and our view. Maria and her father are wonderful hosts. They take great pride in their business. Breakfasts were wonderful. We loved being out on our deck overlooking the volcano. We also enjoyed the hot tub. There is a great market just a short walk away for anything you may need. We also enjoyed Oia. A must see for sunsets and fun shopping.

    Fira is a great town full of varied shops and fantastic places to eat. It can be expensive so plan a little extra money for food though! There are plenty of things to do an see in the town and the public transport to other areas of the island are quite frequent and cheap. There are lots of steep inclines and stairs so keep that in mind, you'll be doing a lot of walking up hills

    Despite being after peak season it was crowded, noisy, traffic jams quite frequent and pricey. We returned after 20 years to discover that it’s not a place for vacation any more. It’s amazing that the municipality did nothing to improve roads or sidewalks which are almost non-existent so tourist and locals are mixing with cars and bikes.

    You have to be prepared for what is a very hilly town.

    You have to be prepared for what is a very hilly town. The worse times are when the cruise ships arrive, that’s when it’s worth visiting other parts of Santorini. Get the timing right and Fira offers many first class Greek restaurants. Those without views over the Caldera are often more affordable.

    The hotel is clean and comfortable and very easy to get to. Fira bus station is a 10 minute walk. Area is safe and has great amenities too. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Daily room cleaning is also available. Kettle and mini fridge in the room is a great addition. Pool is clean and well kept. We went swimming twice. Staff are really nice, very lovely and always ready to help, especially Irene! She answered all our questions and Villa Ilios really made our stay in Santorini fantastic!!

    We enjoyed our stay with Katherina, the hotel is very close to the centre of Fira, close to the bus station & minutes away from stunning views of the Caldera. Our room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the swimming pool was a bonus. Katherina is very helpful & friendly and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Santorini.

    View from this hotel is amazing, directly into the caldera and sunset. The hotel is kept immaculate. Well located in Fira near to shopping sheets and main bus station that leads to other areas of Santorini. The service is superb. Staffs are very friendly and attentive.     Highly recommend - we had a perfect stay! The family owned hotel is directly in the center of Fira and everything is easy to find. The rooms are modern, well equipped and quiet. Everyone was very helpful and they provided us with a lot of information about Santorini, restaurant recommendations, and where to find the bus station.

    The hotel was a short walk from the action in Fira. Also, the hotel has a car park which made it easy if you've hired a car as parking is difficult in Fira. Plus, we enjoyed the pool particularly because it can get hot and dusty in Santorini.
