The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly, polite and efficient and the cleaning ladies helped me when my boy of two years was sick, so you really feel welcome and treated like a guest. Receptionists speak bout German and English and some of the staff at the restaurant also. The food was great the whole day from breakfast till dinner, the quality is high and variety of choice is huge. Just in the near of the hotel you can find the free parking zone, and the staff allowed us to park in front of the doors to take out our luggage. Family spa is little paradise for children and the saunas are just 7 € per day, which is honestly pretty cheap. Location is perfect bout from Vienna and Zagreb, one and half and 2 and half hours and I think they should really invest in marketing for Croatian guests also ! I can only recommend the hotel!

We enjoyed our one night stay, especially the bathing pool, great dinner, fitness room, and attentive service that made us feel welcomed. The room was spacious and clean, and we had everything we needed. I only wish we could stay longer, as the hotel has a nice relaxing atmosphere.

    Nice town with great spa.

    Nice town with great spa. Aside from spa there is a really nice park with ponds, playgrounds, outdoor "gym" a bicycle path. The centre of the city is nice too and there is castle you can visit.

    Perfect spa, but we just learned there is a lot of other things to do. Rope park for kids, garden with around-the-world threes to walk, a lake with paddle boards ... these all were reasons to prolong our stay.

    Nice small town with historical center and castle.

    Nice small town with historical center and castle. Main atraction are spa and bath facilities and aquapark. If you dont want to stay only in water, I recommend look for culture shedule in town or plan some trip around: castles, Balaton lake, cycling.

    Comparing Ensana with Hotel Park Inn nearby I definitely recommend Ensana as it is really cosy and quiet place for relax. Arboreto behind the hotel...we will explore next time because we travelled Keszthely, Sopron, Koszeg, Cák, Veszprem, Szombathely...Hungary with Sarvar is perfect location to explore Hungary. And if you have Ensana there---just go :-) Thank you Ensana Staff and good luck.

    We've been to Sárvár at least 10x times or more, but this accomodation was one of the best which we ever had in this city.Everything went smoothly from the beginning till the end.We don't need to sleep as close to the spa as possible and this one was perfect option.Apartment is fully equipped with all "usual things" of 21st century, owner perfectly knows all details which today's guests want.I wish that all our upcoming holiday stays anywhere would be the same like this one.Recommend 100%.

    I liked the accommodation in general, Csilla (the owner) was really nice and she was very helpful during our arrival (we arrived quite late, after check-in hours) and arranged it in a way that we could get in our room, no matter the late hour. The hotel looks fairly new so everything is nice and unused. It is also very close to the spa. Overall, we were satisfied, the room was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

    Wonderful place, superb spa & pool area, well equipped spacious fittness room, cosy 'Oriental Love' room with nice lodgia facing to the woods, lovely city park with a fairly big natural lake near the hotel, helpful and attentive staff.
