Such a cosy and comfortable cottage with a fantastic log burner for cosy evenings. Spotlessly clean and with beautiful views from every window. Had everything we needed for 3 day stay and the owners were very friendly and welcoming. Would throughly recommend

At the check-in we have been welcomed by Dawid, who was extremely nice and helpful, we didn't know the surroundings since it was our first time in connemara and he even printed us a map of two very nice drives in the area and recommended to go on the Killary Fjord boat, which we did the following day and really enjoyed, it got even better when we had been told that the customers of the hotel had a discount. The bedroom was clean and with a lovely view of the fjord, with a lovely big and warm shower. The breakfast was included in our package and it was very nice. There were both a buffet with fruit, cereals and cake and the option to order a wide selection of hot dishes from the classic irish breakfast to smoked salmon and eggs. Staff was kind and helpful. We were travelling with a medium size, long hair dog and we had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend it.

Overall experience was amazing. We did stay there on an exceptional time when it was snowing. What a beautiful experience. Staff were amazing. Dinner and breakfast in asheford lodge was absolutely amazing. Afternoon tea in asheford Castle and the cruise was also one to remember. Amazing!
