The staff were excellent from the courtesy bus driver to the server.my site and itself have been staying at The Carlton for at least 25 years The latest changes are very noticeable in-the main lobby ,the bedroom the staff training ,food helping more than generous and good quality at a reasonable price.We travel to the U.S. twice each year and would recommend The Carlton to any of our friends.     Great location, cozy and designed with taste.

    Great location, cozy and designed with taste. We arrived very late at night, but the host was very accommodating for a very late check in. The house was large big windows, which allow you to enjoy the sun or a beautiful rain. Amenities are new and the place is only 35 minutes from Howth and the Velvet beach which is a Must see.
