I lived in this town as a child, been back many times since and as far as I remember I've never been inside this hotel let alone stayed in it! I loved it. It was like stepping back in time but with modern-day comforts! The staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful, cheerful, and all-around lovely. The room was comfortable, of a good size, really nice and clean. The food was delicious regardless of the meal. There was parking around the back but no parking at the front unless you were there for less than 30 mins.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palmgrove and really wished we had stayed there for more nights. The room was spacious and clean, the bed really comfy and the bathroom really good. The hosts were incredible and they even fixed our travel itinerary for us! Had we not visited the places they suggested, we would have missed out on many beautiful scenery.

    Host was very kind, welcoming, had a lovely country feel all round, other than the bathroom which was modern, bed was very comfortable for my husband and I, breakfast was lovely you do have a choice of full Irish breakfast, or vegan, village is about 15 min walk down the road, but the walk is lovely with the view,

    Lisa was a very friendly host. She received us very well. Everything was perfect, the room, the breakfast, the explanations about the places for dinner on Abbeyfeale. We were looking for a typically Irish experience and our meeting with Lisa did not disappoint. We were going up to the Mohers cliffs and Lisa suggested we stop at Bunratty Castle. It was very nice.     Absolutely fantastic house and location for our family. Father, Mother, Daughter, Son in Law and two grandchildren. We were spending New Year with family in Abbeyfeale and this home from home was a perfect base for our stay. Fantastic communication from booking to checking out and we will definitely be booking again.

    A real gem in a lovely scenic location just up the hill from Abbeyfeale. The breakfast was first class, the host was extremely friendly and welcoming, rooms very clean, great bathroom and comfortable beds. Exceptional value. Honestly, we could not fault our stay here at all and would certainly stay here again.
