Doesnt feel like your in Navsari at all. Feels like a palace, pool was amazing and warm. Staff were very friendly and did everything we asked.

It was my first time visit to Surat and right from booking the hotel prior to my visit n getting all the things arranged including communication with the reception and my entire stay for four days was excellent and an amazing experience!
