It was perfect for our last short night before dropping off our rental car. Close to the drop off place for rental cars and the airport, good breakfast from 4 am, quiet, dining facilities within walking distance, free parking in front of the hotel, self check-in. We would use it again.

    Gardur is a convenient location close to the airport. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable, The access was easy with no stairs for brining in luggage. I liked the small town and visiting the lighthouses nearby. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

    The Bay View apartment is a very special place, a big apartment with great style at the sea side. Unforgettable is the sight from the hot tub to the bay, but also the living room and kitchen are simply extraordinary. Gardur is a great base to visit the Reykjanes peninsula and as location nearby the airport. We loved it- and would like to come back!

    We booked the apartments after a week in a Campervan and it couldn’t have been more perfect for a final night in Iceland! The interior is SO stylish and everything is thought of, from the spices in the kitchen to extra toiletries in the bathroom! Watching the snow come down whilst sat in the hot tub was the icing on the cake.

    Very nice, fairly new, hotel. Comfortable and good sized rooms with views over the lighthouse and bay. All on ground floor. Nice wooden panelling throughout gives a relaxing feel. We checked in late and ate in the Spanish/Mediteranean restaurant on site which was very good. Moderately priced and friendly staff.
