Staff was very friendly and polite. Perfect location, near to the downtown, only a short walk away. Airport pick up bus has a stop next to the hotel (bus stop number 3) We had 2 rooms on the 5th floor, facing the harbour and the sea, it was amazing. The rooms were quiet, clean and we could have perfect sleep. The bed was so comfortable, and I loved the soft beddings. I liked the odour in the lobby it was very welcoming. In the rooms the shampoo and the shower gel was very good. We loved the breakfast, the fresh salmon and the icelandic yogurt was my favorite. We also recommend the fish and chips place next to the hotel.

We stayed here for the last two nights of our Iceland trip. Self check in was seamless. Found the room to be neat and clean. The shower drain was blocked which they fixed after we notified them. Breakfast was also decent with all the standard breakfast items.

Everything is fantastic. The hotel is stylish and cozy. Nespresso coffee machine provided in the room & they changed clean towels/ water every day. The breakfast is a little bit pricey yet delicious, serving with various choices. Wonderful three-night stay.
