Great and helpful staff. I left my car charger at the hotel after checking out. The staff was willing to spend one hour driving to my new hotel to get it back to me. Besides the wonderful service, the hotel’s view is stunning

The breakfast is simply perfect for a long day at the slopes, a lot of good options and plenty of fruits. The x-garden with the finnish sauna and the mountain views were the cherry on top, not to mention the Jacuzzi. A special greeting to Eliza who was very kind to us and promptly answered all our questions.

Everything was great. The apartment was really spacious, very clean, lovely decorated, with a beautiful balcony looking at the mountains. We had no actual problem reaching it, we had our GPS, along with the street signs showing us the way. Nor we had a problem getting in, it was quite easy actually to find everything. We liked the breakfast, especially the hand made things and the members of the stuff we met were really polite and helpful. A great stay overall.

    This region is super!

    This region is super! It was our first time to visit so we were in awe of the views and the many options for recreation. We were there in July - considered off-season, so we had expected more stores and restaurants to be open that were not. We still had plenty to choose from, and only wished we had planned a longer stay to enjoy the region.

The owners are obviously passionate about the experience their hotel provides guest and I found this in every detail from check in to check out.     Location is great if you have good weather to explore the Seiser Alm. Half board option was good value for money and food was good. Not many other options for places to eat in the off season so eating in the hotel makes sense. Room warm, bed comfy and good views
