    Come to Cesano if you want to experience peaceful and serene...

    Come to Cesano if you want to experience peaceful and serene traditional Roman countryside. We stayed at the excellent Il Casale Di Gardenia. It is very peaceful, beautiful, and family traditional building. Manfredi runs a first class b&b. He gave great suggestions, helped us with translations, excellent chef, and very delightful personality. We suggest a car to get from countryside to town if you are opposed to long walks. The store and shopkeepers are very helpful and kind in Cesano. Very good coffee bars. This is a very low key, not fancy, working class/country town. If you want to experience true Italian living this is a very nice place to start.

    Wonderful place with all the equipment you need and more. Excellent location in the old town of Cesano in Rome. Buses and trains nearby take to Rome easily.
