Foligno is a pleasant little town - not a lot to see but...
Foligno is a pleasant little town - not a lot to see but lots of eating and drinking options, a few shops, an attractive central piazza (although the cathedral has been closed for years), a nice park with loads of seats, a cafe and an excellent playground for children. There's even a river if you look hard enough. However we stayed there primarily for the rail access to nearby places like Assisi and Perugia.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Super clean room, spacious and great aircon. Everything modern. Shower like a pressure washer, very nice. I also loved Foligno, even though it's not really a tourist destination. It made the perfect base, had a good vibe, great restaurants with good value for money and the best pistachio ice cream I had in my life. Slept like a baby in the comfy bed. It’s located in a cozy and beautiful neighbourhood of Foligno and it’s a very short walk to the centre of the city. The apartment is spacious, cozy, has a lot of sun light. We came on a car and we had a comfortable spot for parking near the entrance. We are very grateful to the host, Roberto. He was very kind and explained in details how to find the location.
