Nice modern hotel with special maisonette rooms. Welcome of the lady owner was kind. She gave directly a lot of information of attractions and restaurants in the neighborhood. There were no blankets on beds and the thick cover of beds were not clean, we could not turn on TV , no macrowave at room , no boiling water from counter of hotel, very far from Venice, you take bus but very far, no shampoo at bathroom and no sandals for bathroom, Good points: sheets were clean and they change each day, room was economic and beds were suitable, outside of hotel on the right you can find two nice bar and you can eat breakfast outside there with suitable price and the area around was beautifulGuest review byguitaItaly - 10

Landlord was very helpful and nice. We could adress all needs and questions. Good information about transport/ways to Venice and nearest beaches(aprox. 45min by car, Sotomarina etc.). We received 4 bottles of water each day, this deserves an extra plus. As well as we could spontanously check-in 4 hours earlier than announced. Very comfortable beds and nice view from our room. We had breakfast which was an excellent start to the day. The staff is the most valuable thing in this hotel. they are really helpful and friendly.
