Beautiful place, amazing views, nice room with the relaxing outdoor space, ok pool, super nice owners and the best of all was the food! The dinner was 5 course tasting menu with a lot of different tastes, really well and beautiful combined. The owner is a well recognised chef. We loved it here.

The house is even more beautiful than presented in the pictures and the rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. The house did not only have a great view from the balcony, but also had a wonderful garden from where you could even spot the mountains. The house kept its italian charm and was perfect for a vacation. The host was very friendly and gave us good restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. On top of this, the house had many complementary toiletries and provided some breakfast snacks.

This is a beautiful region of Italy.

This is a beautiful region of Italy. It is remote and can only be reached by car or bus. I was in town for a concert in Servigliano. It took a bit of coordination to figure out how to get there easily. I enjoyed how quiet it was and would have liked to stay longer than overnight. The sunflower fields are beautiful.

We own a family holiday home in the neighbourhood of the hotel. There happened to be an overlap in departure and arrival from family members in our house, so we decided to book a hotel in the neighbourhood for one night. Friendy staff who proposed to wait for us despite arriving (too) late (23:15) for check-in. Nice spacious premium room and bathroom with separate shower. Excellent value for money!

Casa San Ruffino is a fantastic place. The hosts Carina and Peter makes you feel extremely welcome. Dinner is great. Breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had (maybe the best). Rooms are very nice and so is the pool area. A lot of small medieval cities in the area. If you look for a relaxing vacation, this is the place to go.

Montegiorgio is a very quiet hilltop town. The location of the B&B is in the old town and very hilly to reach. A very charming house with splendid views, balcony and a small garden (that we did not visit). Renovated in a nice way, comfortable beds, stylish bathroom, very clean!

Lovely house in the most typical place of an ancient central site of Montegiorgio. Owners are very kind and caring, giving the proper attention to the guests. Just one thing: this is not a bed&breakfast: it is a house renting!
