The view was breathtaking, the penthouse that we stayed in was enormous, it had a big terrace with front lake view , we had breakfast in our apartment, that had a dining room, every morning someone brought and arranged everything in the room. It exceeded our expectations!! I highly recommend this hotel. It is 10/10!

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

The location is fabulous - right above the lake. It has an old timey charm you feel like you’re in a Wes Anderson movies. Especially in the summer it must be wonderful, but early spring was also very pretty. The beds were comfortable. The fireplace in the common area is lovely.

    I had a pleasant stay at this small hotel.

    I had a pleasant stay at this small hotel. Everything was in order, from the clean and comfortable room to the friendly staff. The service was good, and the amenities met my expectations. The only downside was the temperature in the room, as it was quite cold during my stay. Despite this, it didn’t overshadow the overall experience, and I would recommend this hotel for a visit.
