My wife and I visited for 5 nights for our honeymoon during early June and loved our stay. Hotel itself was beautifully presented and expertly maintained with rooms being modern and spacious. We loved it as it offered everything we were looking for (pool, restaurants/bars, beach access) and at much better value compared to other slightly lesser quality hotels with fewer facilities that were right in the center of Porto Cervo. Service on all fronts was great; from checking in, to breakfast, the bars, restaurants and concierge services - everyone was super friendly and helpful. Location wise it's about a 6min drive to Porto Cervo and there are a number of restaurants within a 10min drive. We had a car which (in my opinion) is the best way to do it but they had a free shuttle service running into Porto Cervo a few times throughout the day. The private beach (Piccolo Pevero) was great - quiet, secluded and beautifully clear water with a small interpedently run kiosk for lunch/drinks. They have a golf cart running a shuttle service to/from beach but it's an easy 5min walk. You can also walk 10mins around to the larger main beach (Grand Pevero). The pools and hot tub were always clean and given there was 5 of them you could easily find some privacy amongst the surrounding gardens whenever you wanted it. The food from both their premium restaurant, bistro and poolside bar were delicious and good sized portions. Their bartenders knew their stuff and could deliver a range of quality cocktails - many of which using local Sardinian ingredients. Pricing was on par with what you'd expect from Costa Smerelda the area. Overall, amazing 5 star experience at a reasonable price.

    What an amzing place!

    What an amzing place! We loved the city, the prommenades, the shopping, restaurants, and of course the beaches! We visited: Poltu Quato for a dinner at Tanit (definitely recommend), we visited beaches at: Spiaggia del Principe, Grande Pevero, and Rena Bianca, Rena Bianca was by far the best!

    The location with beach and pool were lovely.

    The location with beach and pool were lovely. The interiors of the apartment were poor. When we arrived at the unit we realized there was only 1 air conditioning unit in the main bedroom. The entire house was a sweat box. The guests in the second bedroom slept with a fan the first night and woke up to wet sweaty sheets. We complained and the host provided a portable A/C unit the next day. The rest of the house is about 95 degrees. You can't open the doors/windows because bees and insects will be swarming in. We had a fan running in the living room and it stopped running after day 3. A closet door in the hallway was broken and fell on my foot and had a lovely bruise. The hallway bath toilet water will spill on the floor when flushed and the shower door is about 8" from the toilet bowl. The second bathroom tub clogs and takes 24hrs to drain. The water will turn cold if 2 people are taking a shower at the same time. Cabinet doors in both bathroom/closets and kitchen are old and don't close/open properly. The kitchen is very narrow and allows for one person to be in that space at a time. It also has a fowl odor. Overall, I am disappointed with the poor facilities of this unit and it was NOT worth what I paid for. I could have stayed at 5 star resort on the beach w/breakfast and beach chairs included for half the price. Unfortunately, the pictures posted don't show the wear and tear of this place.

    The location is excellent with good access by road (hire car...

    The location is excellent with good access by road (hire car needed since taxis are VERY expensive and there are very few buses) to vineyards (eg Surrau 12 mins away) and Palua (the nearest large town) 40mins away. There are regular ferries from Palua to the nearby islands (eg the archipelago of La Maddalena). There are numerous shops and restaurants in the centre of Porto Cervo village with all of the famous clothing brands. However, the price of clothing is ridiculous unless you are not interested in value-for-money. The restaurants are very good (eg Renato Pedricelli, Ristorante Fior D'acqua and Lucina) but the mark-up on the price of wine is modest in some cases and more like that in a capital city in others. There is a marina on both sides of the bay and so plenty of interest if you like boats. We stayed on the South side of the bay which has the best views and is closer to the centre of the village.

    Great location and close to many little towns great choice of restaurants - but make sure you book in advance. Definitely need a car to get around and be prepared to drive on narrow windy roads! Lots of great beaches around plus a private beach accessed by complimentary boat service by the hotel! Favourite meal was at La Bricciola and great views from Terraza Frades go for an aperitif and book a high seat at the tables on the terrace!

    I didn’t like Porto Cervo. Next time we will stay in Palau. I’m not interested in boutique shopping or pretentious sales clerks. I go on holiday to relax and take it easy. The driving here in town is terrible and parking is limited.

    What a hidden gem this place is. Right on the beach with the view of Porto Cervo and sunsetting behind Porto Cervo. Living room and balcony is amazing. We booked this for 2 families. Just perfect. Enjoyed eating on the balcony - very spacious. Kids went swimming on the beach while we cook. The beach was mainly private for us. Crystal clear waters. Perfect for us. 5-10 mntes drive to town. There's shops around but expensive so we drove 30mints to Olbia town for groceries. Amazing location. Bedrooms are okay - clean, bed comfort 8/10.

    The best location around Porto Cervo with easy walking distance to all the shops and boutiques including a supermarket right under the complex which makes it very convenient if you want to stock up the fridge with food and beverages. Our host Martina was kind enough to greet us and tell us everything we need to know about the house as well as everything in general about Sardinia. We couldn’t ask for a better host, frankly. She went the extra mile and was so gracious.
