Everything is really well-thought Love the interiors Food is delicious with a good choice of healthy (yet yummy) options - and home-made! Staff is welcoming and pay attention to you and your needs Overall there is a good balance of being in a hotel in the mountains but still having that international vibe which makes it a perfect example of glocal blend. Everything! The facilities, the design and feels of this Hotel are beautiful. Staff is extremely professional and polite, definitely most polite staff we’ve ever come across in hotels. Eager to assist us with finding ski instructor, driving us with shuttle etc. Rooms are outstanding.

Amazing food, i cant believe we ate so good every evening. It was 5 star dinner every night. Also, the people working here are so kind and helpful, we really felt welcome and enjoyed our time here with kids (family room has two areas and a lot of space)

I am literally speechless, one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and answered all our questions to explore the Dolomites with so much patience and thought. The breakfast was amazing. The evening tea time snacks and coffee was amazing. The location of the property was perfect and the rooms were classy and perfect.
