Our double room with ensuite bathroom and a little (shared) terrace were wonderful. Also the shower in the swimmingpool toilets came in very handy on our last day. We are thankful we could have a shower after checkout, after going to the beach, before leaving.

The rooms are renewed and everything felt fresh upon arrival, but the best thing is location, the beach is right there like 5 minutes away, crystal clear water. I like the area in front of the house you can also take a shower there and just chill in the shade after swimming in the sea. Thank you for a nice trip ☺️🙏

    A small town with few foreign tourists.

    A small town with few foreign tourists. Accordingly, all services are geared toward locals, which was very valuable to me. There are very few hotels in the city, and if you rent a villa or apartment, you will need a car. There are essentially no shops in the city—you will need to drive to get supermarket (about 20 minutes). But on the beach, unlike others, there were only a moderate number of people. The beach itself is gorgeous. There are several pizzerias in the city, but we really liked the one with the best reviews. Every evening we ordered pizza to go. They prepare pizza very quickly: literally 10-20 minutes.

    Wonderful place to stay, quiet neighborhood, with two very good restaurants. Nice sandy beach very close to the place with bar on the beach as well. Definitely I would recommend to everyone. Host Vittorio surprised us with food and wine we did not expect, was very pleasant and helpful. Definitely I would love to come again.

    Very nice villa in Solanas, 3 minutes by car to the beach. Other beautiful beaches are just 10 minutes by car. The communication with the host was uncomplicated, the house has self check in. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a big fridge and a gas stove. The terrace and garden are very big, perfect for relaxing outside in the shadow on hot days. Our 1,5 year old had a lot of fun on the slide and on the swing. Totally recommended for families

    Very clean, everything was fresh , tidy and shiny and really discrete and friendly staff. Pool towels and a place to dry your wet clothes/towels provided. Really beautiful location in the valley of mountains. Perfect quiet place after a busy day at the beach (the street is next to the hotel , I recommend to choose a room facing the pool). Great choice , we loved it here, THANKS!

    everything was excellent, the owner Luca, whom we cordially greet, is an extremely polite and good man, he has created a fantastic place to relax, a place you want to come back to, the best successful holiday so far. Sardinia is beautiful Solanas is the most beautiful beach, Guarda de Ferricci is the best holiday destination!
