The staff were helpful and friendly at check-in. The beds were really comfortable and the view from the hotel room was nice. Sofa and desk + chair in the room, which was good. The location was excellent, being really close to JR Asahikawa Station and the main downtown shopping/ restaurant area. It was great that the onsen had indoor and outdoor baths. On the 3rd floor lobby, there is a lot of seating where people can relax and have a drink in the afternoon/evening time, which was really cool.

I had a great stay at 9C. You get your own private room with bunk beds and a desk, which made for a really comfortable experience. I slept so well here! Everything was clean, and the staff were lovely and welcoming. The included breakfast was a nice bonus, and their custom map of Asahikawa is incredibly helpful—I’d definitely recommend downloading it for all their local recommendations. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from the train station. Overall, I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Asahikawa!

The location is fantastic. If you intend to take buses around the area, this is perfect as the bus stops are literally just outside the hotel. A lot of good food around the area. Room is rather big for Japan and immaculately clean as expected. Staff are helpful. Highly recommended!!
