Staff amazing, we checked in at 12 am, the room was clean, bed was good, room with everything working and good space, however hotel is old and difficult to find in English on the gps, also a bit expensive but was the cheaper on its area, so I recommend it to go to sleep and leave early that’s about it. Oh also well equipped vending machines selling everything

We loved our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the reception staff was extremely helpful and our room/ hotel terrace overlooked Mount Fuji. There’s also a common space where we could cook and eat our meals. This was, by far our best accommodation in Japan

The property was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were gracious and welcoming. Food was incredible, and I loved the various lounges and the fun activities at night. Not to mention the wonderful view of Mt. Fuji from my onsen!

We arrived late and left in the morning, so did not spend much time there, but regardless had a very pleasant stay. Late check-in process was very straightforward, the room had everything we needed for the night's stay and the bed was super comfortable and wide. The hotel is on the parallel street of the famous Honcho street and Fuji view without the crowds and traffic! No complaints, excellent value for money and would definitely recommend!

Location is awesome: our room had views to the lake and the sunrise was amazing. It has private parking lots. The Japanese bath is small but cosy. Super comfortable futons. Staff is really charming and helpful.
