Simply the best room we ever stayed in - very comfortable beds but the widest (10 metres plus ?) ceiling to floor almost all glass window giving spectacular city views especially at night time. Most friendly helpful staff and a special shout out to Satsuki who welcomed us so well and the staff who did our room so beautifully for or special anniversary and also to the friendly bar staff especially Irene (Irish spelling 😇)

We loved our stay at smile shinosaka, it was close to the train and the many food vendors around the streets. The staff were polite and helpful and the rooms and hotel itself were impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful stay !

The room is clean and the toilet is separated from the shower. It had good lighting and we took gorgeous pictures in the mirror next to the door. It is spacious compared to normal hotel rooms in japan. They provide everything thing you need from vanity kits to elastic bands. The location is perfect, a short walk away from shin-osaka station.
