Situation, comfort, garden view. When rail cancellations delayed our arrival at the hotel by a day the hotel immediately refunded the cost of overnight stay. The breakfast was outstanding.

There has been so much thought and love put into every detail of this hotel. The water room (tiled bath and shower room with no toilet) is sparkling and deeply relaxing. The wood design and artwork is exquisite. All the free amenities (drinks, soup, snacks, tea, juice) are a really nice and welcome touch.

I loved being right next to the train station. we just walked to the castle and the garden, the museums which is only about 4 or 5 km away. really easy flat walk. rooms were beautifully appointed.

Fantastic hotel. More 5 star than the given 4. Polite and efficient staff, spacious, very clean rooms, slippers, soft PJs, and free coffee in the foyer. Great choice for breakfast. Stylish breakfast room. Great location.

Rachel helped me a lot during my stay. Since my trip is during year-end, many restaurants were closed and she helped me about the availabilities of Kanazawa viewpoints and booked a local restaurant for me. On the second day, she also helped make a reservation to Myouryuji! The room was clean and price was reasonable, though I was too tired to enjoy the bar. Maybe next time! I'm sorry that an earthquake shocked Ishikawa and Kanazawa on Jan 1st, hope everything is still ok :)
