It was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and eager to assist with anything I needed. They recommended special events that happened in Busan at the time, too. I booked the Double room, but they upgraded me to a King room, free of charge. The room was spacious, clean and felt luxurious. The bathroom is beautiful with amazing water pressure and a big bathtub. The location is great. There's a convenient store nearby and it's a short walk to nice restaurants and places for shopping. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The people were freindly and we loved the location. A bonus was the free bottles of water the hotel provided. Easy walk for getting to our meeting point as we booked our day trips. The surrounding has lot of shops and restaurants. Taxi pick up arranged by the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Recommended and next time we would stay again.

The location was absolutely perfect — it was easy to get anywhere in Busan by public transportation, including buses and the subway. The area felt very lively and trendy, with lots of great restaurants and people around. The room was elegant, clean, and very comfortable. Having a washing machine in the room was a big convenience during the trip. If I visit Korea again, I will definitely stay at SOTA Suite once more. And luckily, I was able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast during my stay as well.
