The hotel room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. The best part was the spa. Lakhmani was my therapist. The massage and the spa ambience were an experience to remember.

I stayed twice in this property. It's near the beach . Extremely supportive staff specially Mr.Mohan manager of the property. On my second visit he surprised me with some fruits and a thanks letter. He also offered a discount on my food . I recommend this property for a safe and peaceful stay

We loved staying at the De Saram House, and were very excited to stay in one of Bawa’s projects in Colombo - it did not disappoint! Both the private rooms and communal areas are beautiful, and it is a very peaceful environment, whilst still being well located within the city. The dining room is a standout, and was a great place to eat breakfast with the sunlight filtering in. Anthony and the staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. We definitely hope to be back!

From the moment I confirmed the booking, the owner was in constant contact with me, ensuring everything was perfectly organized. When he found out that his usual taxi driver wasn’t available on the day of arrival, he personally went to the airport to pick up my manager. This level of care and commitment is rare to find and made all the difference in ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Beyond the exceptional hospitality, the accommodation itself is in a fantastic location—just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach, making it ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy both business and relaxation. I highly recommend this accommodation not only for its comfort but especially for the incredible service provided by the owner. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Colombo. The rooftop is definitely a highlight – the city view at night is absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and I really enjoyed the authentic Sri Lankan dinner they served. The location couldn’t be better: it’s just behind the beautiful Gangaramaya Temple and within walking distance to many of Colombo’s main attractions like Galle Face Green, Viharamahadevi Park, and the Colombo Museum. They also offer a very convenient airport transfer service, which made my arrival and departure stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Colombo!
