Great room. Beautiful beach. Friendly helpful staff.. sea was rough due to the weather ut still saw and swam with the turtles. No crowds and turtle just doing what turtles do. Fantastic.

Great hotel directly at the beach. The premise is in perfect conditions, very clean and thought trough. Plenty of seating options and a rooftop with ocean view. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly, delivering perfect service.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Only 3 rooms in total so it was never busy Julian (the owner) and his staff were so lovely and helpful. Really looked after us!

The place and the rooms are beautiful. The decoration perfectly fits the local atmosphere. The Mawella beach is a truly hidden gem, my favorite around Tangalle. The staff is doing a very good job (rooms are perfectly clean) and the food is delicious. The service remains 5-star even when some employees were in holidays (due to the local New Year). Special thanks to Zander who is always present and has built a wonderful place, respecting the local environment.

It was a lovely hotel. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. We had dinner in house. The owner grilled a red snapper with chips and salad. It was excellent.

It's the second time we have stayed there, and that says all, great location, peaceful and quiet, clean and comfortable. The best breakfast in Srilanka! the staff is so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the time and are looking forward to coming again next year.

Wow, what a truly wonderful stay at Simply Peace. The accommodation is fabulous, beautiful bungalows, pool, well equipped gym and great bar and restaurant area. But what really made this stay so memorable was the staff. I can’t praise them enough they were simply incredible. Special mention to the general manager, the boys working in the bar and a wonderful driver we had. We felt so welcome and well looked after. Food is simple and fresh and we had delicious cocktails each evening. We also had two wonderful massages. We can’t wait to come back soon to this haven on the lagoon!
