This is a great place to stay with family or friends. We stayed for 5 nights. Everything was great and exceptional. All facilities were there as mentioned and there were some more. Newly build apartment located in a quiet area near to Kadawatha highway entrance. Staff is also great with a fantastic service. Overall, this is a very convenient place and a great place to stay and good value for money.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Its location is perfect – easy access to town and everything you need within reach. We arrived in Sri Lanka very early in the morning (around 2 am), and although there was some confusion with our booking—likely due to booking.com not notifying the hotel about our late-night arrival—the staff handled the situation with exceptional kindness. The team who received us were incredibly understanding and made us feel safe and welcome despite the hour. They quickly arranged a room for us and ensured we were comfortable. Their hospitality really stood out and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We truly appreciated their accommodating and friendly approach.

After a few minor misunderstandings at the beginning, we were warmly welcomed into this little corner of paradise just outside Colombo. Thanks to Chandrika, a truly wonderful host, we immediately felt at home. We are a family of four, and each of us had a perfectly furnished private bedroom — a real comfort during our stay. The apartment is beautifully maintained with great attention to detail. The residence itself is safe, with guards at the entrance, and offers excellent facilities: a beautiful swimming pool and a tennis court, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Although slightly outside the city center, tuk-tuks made it easy and convenient to reach everything we needed. Breakfast, prepared daily by Chandrika, was always delicious, generous, and varied — a real highlight of our stay. In short, this place is not only worth trying once, but definitely worth coming back to. Highly recommended!
