What did we like about the property ? The place hands down. What a place. We’ve been to many places, but this, it’s something different. It’s calm, quiet and beautiful at the same time. Hotel staff (Dinesh $ cooking lady) were great and the food, wowww, everything she cooked was so tasty. One of the best places to visit. We will definitely go back here again. Thank you.

Great stay here, spacious room with a great balcony. For dinner they served a 3 course meal, well executed. Location is awesome, the view from the pool over the hills and valleys is wild and it wasn't far to Kandy City which I found a bit hectic, so it was nice to escape back to the more natural setting at the hotel. They had a naturalist here, who took us on a morning walk through the pekoe trail and imparted so much knowledge of the local plant & wildlife. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends travelling through Sri Lanka.

One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional cuisine. Every meal was a delight to the senses, with a perfect balance of flavors and impeccable presentation. The cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen was remarkable, further enhancing our dining experience. The serene environment surrounding the villa provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation Whether lounging by the pool or taking in the breathtaking views from our room, every moment felt like a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Overall, our experience at this villa was nothing short of extraordinary. Every aspect, from the attentive staff to the luxurious accommodations and delectable cuisine, exceeded our expectations. We had an unforgettable experience at Blue Waters Edge Kandy. The view of the river was absolutely breathtaking, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with luxury touches—plus the AC worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The food was so delicious, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended

The location is simply amazing with a stunning view on a lake and mountains. Small team extremely dedicated to make your stay a pleasant one. Kudos to Thiloka for her patience and always smiling. Great breakfast and food, the best we had in Sri Lanka. Definitely a place we will remember.
