I loved my stay at this place. I came here after a rough day and as soon as I arrived I forgot about it and felt very warm welcomed from this family. Everything is clean, the beadroom and washroom is big. There‘s also a terrace where you can enjoy sunset and the delicious breakfast and dinner (you can get it there for a good price and it’s homemade by the family). If you like nature and silence, this is the perfect place. The owner also helped me out to plan my next stepps and told me some nice places - thank you for that! I enjoyed my stay a lot and would hardly recommend this place - I would love to come back!

It’s a lovely apartment set on high grounds amidst greenery. I had the upper apartment and it has all the amenities like a home. The manager, Sasila, was helpful and explained about the room features and also the timings the mosquitoes would appear. 🥰 It is a most comfortable stay. One may hear a bit of traffic sometimes but earplugs are available. There are fruit stalls nearby and Mawanella is only 3km away.

Lovely serene grounds with some very new individuals villas - some with a pool and some without. Super clean, nice staff and great location if you drive your own Tuktuk or are happy to book one for transport to Pinnawala (10 mins drive away).

Unbelievable good, the place is amazing. Everything is new and good quality There is a small rooftop infinity pool with a view of the jungle. The room has full length picture windows. The staff; Lakshitha and Guyan did everything we wanted and much more. They can arrange for an evening meal because, once you arrive you will not want to leave

What an amazing place! Everything was superb. From the incredible staff who anticipated my every need, to the delicious food and the variety of activities in the area. I was truly surprised by how wonderful the place was. The property is not only perfect for those who appreciate comfort, but also for those looking to explore the nearby cultural sights. The team at the house went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable! The attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our experience exceptional. Large clean room. Ac, Tv, hot water. Balcony where you could watch the elephants walk by on the way to the river to bathe. That was a great experience to watch the elephants a few feet from the Balcony and also a couple of minutes walk to watch them bathe.

Super clean, spacious room! The value for money is amazing here. Really close to the elephant freedom project which we visited! Staff were so friendly and helpful! I would reccomend staying here in your visiting Pinnalanda.

    The town is just a town with shops, supermarket etc.

    The town is just a town with shops, supermarket etc. For food, my tour guide Prashan brought me to Upcountry Restaurant which is a nice place with a beautiful scenery. :) Go for the attractions like Bible Rock, Saradiel Hill etc. They are nice.
