The host just started recently her business, but it is worth trying it. It is a simple and budget accommodation. It convinces by the caring host, location and calmness. The location is great. It is a 13 min Walk to the beach, passing calm streets without traffic. The surroundings are very calm. The place itself has everything you need or tell her and she will change it ;) everything was very clean :)

It was great stay, I stayed overnight, comfortable, nice room amenities, beautiful hotel scenery and breakfast was great. It was a really stylish hotel, enjoyed a pool and there is also a small beach accessible from the hotel. I will visit again.

Amazing place with absolutely wonderful staff. We travelled a family with a little 1 year old and got lot's of help and attention. Really tasteful and delicious kitchen - actually the best we got on our 3 weeks tour around the island. Nice and warm pool and the place is next to a fantastic and secluded beach.

The host was very friendly and helped us whenever we needed it. The hotel was nicel and beautifully maintained. The breakfast in the morning wad lovely and very tasty! The location is perfect with a short walk to all the locations in Hiriketiya.

I would like to note the friendliness of the staff and willingness to help. Breakfast is different every day, very tasty and beautiful, every day we were served fruit from their garden! They also have a restaurant, the food is fast, the portions are huge, there is a lot of seafood. With our own eyes near the hotel we saw monkeys, peacocks, lizards and it’s wonderful! In general, we were pleasantly surprised by the service, I highly recommend this hotel to families with children or quiet groups!
