I stayed twice in this property. It's near the beach . Extremely supportive staff specially Mr.Mohan manager of the property. On my second visit he surprised me with some fruits and a thanks letter. He also offered a discount on my food . I recommend this property for a safe and peaceful stay

We loved staying at the De Saram House, and were very excited to stay in one of Bawa’s projects in Colombo - it did not disappoint! Both the private rooms and communal areas are beautiful, and it is a very peaceful environment, whilst still being well located within the city. The dining room is a standout, and was a great place to eat breakfast with the sunlight filtering in. Anthony and the staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. We definitely hope to be back!

When he found out that his usual taxi driver wasn’t available on the day of arrival, he personally went to the airport to pick up my manager. This level of care and commitment is rare to find and made all the difference in ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Beyond the exceptional hospitality, the accommodation itself is in a fantastic location—just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach, making it ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy both business and relaxation. I highly recommend this accommodation not only for its comfort but especially for the incredible service provided by the owner. Very nice,clean and bright property and all possible amenities are available. Very helpful and nice staff. Crystal clear clean pool. Literally 2 mins away from beach so the name really suit the property. Thank you. Will defiantely come back
