We traveled by motorcycle and stayed at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We especially appreciated the safe parking and the peaceful surroundings, which made for a relaxing stay after a long ride. Highly recommended for anyone traveling through the area – whether on two wheels or four!

Beautiful hotel with I credibly friendly and attentive staff. Delightful breakfast and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! Iness and samira were brilliant. A true credit to the hotel. When I come back to Ouarzazate I will only stay at the OZ Palace.

We spent a few nights at the wonderul Karam Palace hotel in Ouarzazate. The location is fantastic, near the Taourirt Kashbah. Life music druing the evening. We wanted to change our room for some more privacy, it was no problem at all, we could choose from 3 different rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are recently renovated, have a good bed and a great shower. All the staff members are very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel really welcome! We want to mention eveybody form cleaning ladies to management and also mr. Saleh of the wonderfull breakast and diner buffet for the excellent service! the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us with all our questions. The breakfast was very nice as well and we ate it on the Terrasse right at the main square wich was very cool. the room was clean and had a good size. When you come to ouarzazate we highly recommend you staying here. we also booked a tour to the desert, just ask them at the reception and they will help you with everything else.
