We stayed 4 nights in September 2024 in the room "Wish". We loved every minute of our stay. The gardens and pool are havens of quiet and tranquility and beautifully maintained. The staff were wonderful, friendly and efficient. The room was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Thanks so much to everyone for a wonderful stay !!!

The breakfast was acceptable but it could be richer. The SPA is a 5 stars facility and the staff are friendly and professional. The menu in the Restaurant is well selected and the Food is delicious.

Absolutely loved our three night stay at Yin Hotel and Spa. 30 mins outside of the centre of Marrakech, which was exactly what we wanted having visited twice before and had spent several days travelling around Morocco by car. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, with an immaculate attention to detail demonstrated throughout. The team was attentive to our needs from our initial greeting to when we were leaving. The pool area is beautiful, quiet and all of the areas ooze quality, sophistication and refinement. We'll definitely be back and really can't thank the team enough.

I must give a special mention to all the staff — from the doormen, concierge, and front desk to housekeeping, and the waiters and waitresses at the restaurants — who made my stay with my family a truly incredible experience. The facilities were immaculate, with beautiful pools, and the rooms were amazing. Park Hyatt has never disappointed me, but this was possibly my best experience yet.

We came back to the hotel for the second time, this time for my birthday. Good news - we got an upgrade (no one told us, but the room was bigger than usual). They still keep animation going and it's great. The team has changed (personally, I liked the previous one from April 2022), and they try to include you in activities. F&B: we loved PIZZA! TOP. Reception: Khalid at the check-out was great! We left with an amazing ingression and we will surely come back.
