We stayed 4 nights in September 2024 in the room "Wish". We loved every minute of our stay. The gardens and pool are havens of quiet and tranquility and beautifully maintained. The staff were wonderful, friendly and efficient. The room was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Thanks so much to everyone for a wonderful stay !!!

Beautiful restaurant terrace overlooking wonderful gardens and water feature. Very attentive and polite service. I was greeted with warm hospitality and friendly staff, The check-in process was efficient and seamless, and I was promptly shown to my elegant and spacious room inside a villa. They have villas and suites so you can bring your friends or family to enjoy the place together. The room itself was a haven of relaxation, featuring comfortable beds, and a breathtaking view of the resort's well-manicured gardens and traditional artwork. The restaurant served an array of mouthwatering Moroccan and international dishes, prepared by talented chefs . I had the opportunity to indulge in the spa's rejuvenating treatments, which left me feeling pampered and revitalized. From the hamam to the massage to the jacuzzi The swimming pools provided a refreshing escape from the Moroccan heat, and the expansive gardens provided a serene environment for relaxation and exploration.

The attention to detail, the stunning design of the lobby and choice of aroma. The design of the poolside and the little hammocks was so relaxing, even the room was so neat and clean and the TV allowed us to connect to our Netflix. It was all so tasteful and so luxuriously decorated, I’m a fan of the feature walls in the lobby and how they matched the furniture. Very cool. I also found it quite cool that they have their own vegetable garden and use it in the food they prepare. The hotel is basically brand new, State of the art door locks with a combination key, fresh and clean rooms that are cool and quirky. The staff were so warm and welcoming, proper Moroccan hospitality and they extended their care in an outstanding way. I will never forget the courtesy they showed us and made sure that we were happy no matter what. Trust me, by the end of our stay we were very happy. Our stay at Yin hotel truly made up for the previous “5 star” hotels we stayed at in the other cities because it really was on an international 5 star level yet small enough that we were given special treatment and the full attention of all the staff and even a meeting with the owner! I feel like family now and we will definitely return to Marrakech one day because of this wonderful place we could call home for a few days.

The hotel is quiet and cleaned, the staff are amazing friendly, kind and happy always, the food varieties are without limits and delicious , the night show everyday for children, everyone asking me if I need help or service. The restaurant team, the reception, the guards, and the show, everyone is overexcited and looking to make us happy. I didn’t try the aqua park because the cold weather but I enjoyed the covered pool it was ok. I spent only two nights but I would stay more if I have more time. Thanks to all the team for the generosity and the kindness, see you soon.

The staff and management is amazing, we had family of 14 everyone loved the hotel, loved the hospitality and staff is so polite and amazing. They provide what ever was required and requested even one of had an injury and let us stay extra till the airport transfer. This place is beautiful and definitely recommend for families.
