The villa is very large and spacious. Everything is very clean. Very spacious rooms with air conditioning or heating and scented. The decoration is very nice. The garden and pool area is very large and has hammocks. The staff is very polite and attentive. At any time at your service. Spacious parking for several cars. Unbeatable location. Staying at Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace was one of the highlights of my trip to fez. The riad itself is stunning , a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. But what made the stay truly special was the staff. Kenza welcomed us with the warmest smile and made me feel at home immediatly. Mostapha was equally wonderful --always attentive , and ready to help with anything i needed ,from directions to recommandations. Thanks to them, my time in fez felt effortless and memorable. Highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting the city.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to the amazing reception team – always helpful, professional, and so kind. We had the most amazing time at this hotel. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. And the facilities were wonderful. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel and our stay there. Couldn’t expect any better. Lastly the restaurant we ate in was good value and food was good. Thank you.

24 hour check-in. Arrived from Casablanca on 12:30am flight so did not get to Hotel until 1:30am, but was checked-in quickly and politely. All staff helpful.

AMAZING STAFF all very helpful, we needed help for my father and they went above and beyond to help in every aspect. Facilities where amazing, have a really nice place on the roof to relax and hot tub not sure why they don't advertise it better Apartment where spacious clean and well decorated
