Everyone is hospitable, kind, and helpful, from the chef and the cleaner to the owner. The food in the restaurant is top-notch and quite affordable. Once, I didn’t like my meal, and they refused to charge me for it, which is something that rarely happens in Europe. Essentially, Europe should learn the principles of hospitality from the people of Mauritius. A warm recommendation for Le Pole! P. S. Chef from Kongo is making best cocktails! Great guy

Both the owner and the staff were friendly, informative, and welcoming. The location is a quick 2 minute walk to a bus route, and therefore accessible to Grand Baie, Peyrebere, Moint Choisy and the rest of the North. They helped arrange tours and transportation as needed. The room was super clean and had the best shower during my entire stay in Mauritius. The amenities and set up in the room were very thoughtful for comfort and a multi-day stay. The breakfast was appreciated. And, the cat is lovely too!

Our stay was wonderful! The room was spotless, and the resort offers so many fun activities. The pool and the beach were absolutely perfect, and both breakfast and dinner had a wide variety of delicious options — all with an amazing view. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Azur Paradise Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and genuine smiles. The room was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay plus the view was just breathtaking! The rooftop and bar area were definitely highlights perfect for relaxing with a cocktail while enjoying the sunset. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a great variety of fresh options. The location is also perfect: close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the personalized service. The team truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I highly recommend Azur Paradise to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Mauritius. Can’t wait to come back

This is facilities were nice and quaint and worth the money. However, there was just two of us and it was much bigger than what we needed. The owners were absolutely exceptional and their attention to meet our needs. The apartments are in an excellent location in grand Bay and we were able to rent a scooter and visit the entire island from there.

    Mauritius is called by its locals as paradise island i mean everyone says amazing things about the country they originate from however the people of mauritius truly mean it when they say it, its a beautiful colourful, green and tropical country with endless miles of beaches always a stone throw away. where ever you go you see beautiful coconut trees, palm trees and mango trees and some stunning birds, colourful dragon flies and bats the nature alone is so breathtaking. the food, the locals, the price point of excursions, the weather and the beaches were literally out of this world. its a country that i would genuinely consider going again and again infact i actually cant wait to step back into mauritous and forget my blues, if your a avid diver or snorkler then mauritius is a must, we did so much in the space of 9 days from paragliding, snorking with turtles, undersea water walking, diving, water sking, off road riding using ATVs/quad bikes, watched horse racing, zip lining, shopping in there vibrant colourful markets, visiting historical sites that were rich with history and different cultures, eating out local street food and world class cuisines for very little money. super affordable and what a beautiful hidden gem of a country. family and myself were completely blown away by it to the point we are rethinking ever going back to places like dubai over beautiful tropical natural countries like mauritius. we also had a friendly parrot that would visit us daily and gladly sit amongst us without being scared or shy and share some food with us.

    Grand Baie is a good place for family or couples as it has beautiful white sandy beach, good for shooping with lots of brands from the world with affordable price plus most of tourist destionation can be accessed with out fee

    Great area, all within walking distance to shops, beaches...

    Great area, all within walking distance to shops, beaches and restaurants. Transport is readily available via car rental, bus or taxi. Loved the Banana Bar for evening drinks and live music. Wonderful meals at the Trojan Horse Greek restaurant and Sunset Beach Cafe for breakfast.

    For the owner/ team that thinks the guest reviews are dishonest. Here are a few pics of the disgusting state of affairs. The pics include cockroaches on the curtains, rat's poop in the living area, burnt and dirty utensils, a flooded bathroom and a dirty pool. Hope this helps other guests avoid this place.

    Excellent place! I’ve there 4 times this year. Returned after 20 years. It’s so developed .great Place for people to come work with young kids ,and older ones to retire.was just there end of May, it’s coming to their winter time. Temperatures were 26/27c . Yes try it. Flight direct is 11 hours. People are great, eat local food, it’s fairly cheap You have high end restaurants, clubs, can be expensive, uk prices . We booked an apartment. Supermarkets near by..

    We have traveled extensively in Mauritius (stayed in over 20 places around the island over the years) and this is our 4th time back here. Value for money and comparing facilities… this has been the best place we’ve ever stayed in. The staff are so polite and friendly and engaging, the food has variety and is tasty. The evening buffets are way above average. The rooms are super clean and neat having a washing machine/dryer is very handy. The pool with bar area is lovely. The property is very close to Monty Choisy mall and La Croisette.
