The hotel’s location was absolutely stunning, with picturesque views of the fjord and surrounding mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the start. The breakfast was delicious with fresh, local options, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained.

We had an apartment room with 2 balconies (double aspect views) on the top floor of the new block in the main building (where there is also the reception and shop). There was a building in front of us, but nevertheless, the views from our room were amazing. The room set-up (with small kitchen unit, seating area, dining area, bed area, 2 balconies, large windows and separate bathroom) was excellent. It was a nice quiet room with a comfortable bed. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us with the door code. Parking was easy, next to the apartments.

Wonderful location, with new furniture and appliances, and everything was clean. There are two bathrooms with heated floors—both clean and well-kept. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was clean and tidy. The view from the windows was stunning, directly overlooking the water, with a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture.

UN-FRIGGIN-REAL little gem of a space, that I didn't even realize I booked apparently. But especially after the insanity of my day, route mix-ups and missing the last bus up from Flam in the rain, it was such a welcomed surprise to have my own little private, heated room, with a breathtaking view, friendly roomies, and a beautiful space to stay. I woke up to more rain, and it was so nice to be able to hang out in the cozy common/living room area, look out at the fjords and nature all around me, and plan my next ventures...even after checking out of my room. Next time I am in the Flam/Aurland area, I will definitely book here again... for more than just one night!!

The place is from a movie. The surrounding environment and sunrise at the foot of the fjord is simply spectacular. The apartment is in great condition, all new and with everything you need to spend some wonderful days. We will repeat for sure
