We stayed here for 4 nights in April 2023 and absolutely loved it. The setting for the hotel is incredible, perched on the side of a mountain with a river gorge at the bottom and is very modern and more luxurious than most in Nepal. It took us about 3.5 hours to get to the hotel by taxi from Kathmandu and the road was surprisingly good until the last 13km where the tarmac ended and it was more of a gravel track. There are no ATMs near the hotel so make sure you get any cash you might need at Bahrabise and be aware that like in most hotels in Nepal, you can’t use Mastercard, only Visa. Our room was really lovely with a stunning view from our balcony and a spacious rainfall shower. They are still in the process of completing the upper stories of the hotel so there was some construction noise but it didn’t spoil our stay. The pool was not heated so was pretty chilly but the jacuzzi was nice and hot so we spent a lot of time in there with occasional plunges in the pool to cool down. We were served drinks and snacks at the poolside so felt very pampered! The staff here were really great and the service was excellent. Raju & Nisma in the restaurant took great care of us and were incredibly courteous and polite, obviously having been very well trained. The food and drink was very good and not a bad price either and the included breakfast was delicious and cooked to order most days. Shrawan on reception was also very attentive and helped organise and accompanied us on a trip to the Chinese border, Tatopani hot springs and Duguna Gadhi, an old Tibetan fort on top of a nearby mountain. The rest of the time we spent relaxing at the hotel, taking in the stunning views or exploring the surrounding area and its wildlife. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!

I recently stayed with my Mrs at the Himalayan Villa, and it was an incredible experience. **Stunning Location**: Nestled in the mountains, the views of snow-capped peaks and lush greenery are breathtaking. **Luxurious Accommodations**: The villa blends comfort and elegance, with beautifully decorated rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The room decor was top notch and we will remember it forever. **Exceptional Service**: The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Specially Mr Govinda was ensuring we have a memorable stay. **Delicious Cuisine**: The meals were a culinary delight, featuring both local flavors and international dishes prepared by skilled chefs. **Peaceful Atmosphere**: The tranquil ambiance makes it an ideal place for relaxation, meditation, or enjoying nature.

I stayed at Unique Point Home Stay for two nights and I really loved it. The family is very kind and their food is among the best I have eaten during my trip in Nepal. If the sky is clear you will see the most beautiful sunrise from the rooftop & you can go on hikes from there. If you come by bus the only thing you should now is, that you will have to walk around 30min downhill but you can catch a taxi up in Nargakot and come down that way, too.

Very nice and kind staff in the hotel, delicious food, great location, clean rooms, wonderful wievs,quiet and peaceful area...we felt really good at this place,for sure coming back :)

Our stay in Nagarkot was a complete success. The accommodation is beautifully located and the family is incredibly nice, hospitable and helpful. Our host provided us with Komoot maps for the hikes in Nagarkot, which was super helpful for the best possible hiking experience. The hotel has its own restaurant. The dishes are a mix of traditional Nepalese dishes and international food. Everything is freshly prepared and super tasty. About the rooms: they are equipped with the essentials. The beds are very soft and comfortable. There is also hot (really hot, not just warm) water. We also had a super nice view over the valley.

Foods were far better than what we had in mind, very friendly staff and perfect view. Coming back for sure !

Great restaurant on main floor, good heater in room, comfortable beds, nice size room. Staff was eager to please, overall a good place.

It was a good clean and comfortable property. Surrounding environment is quiet and cosy. It had good wifi and bathroom.

Very helpful and amazing staff! Good room as described and great view of the valley. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying Nargarkot.
