    It's a wonderful hotel that you don't need to leave for your stay. It has everything. The staff are world-class and the food is first class. They surprised us when they found out it was our anniversary with a complimentary bottle of wine.

    There are so many better places in S/E Asia to go for a nice...

    There are so many better places in S/E Asia to go for a nice time at the beach. Mactan is not one of them. I went for the IronMan and would never go for vacation there. Very poor availability of night life, sea and beach are mediocre.

    We went to Mactan for a wedding and caught a 'Grab' taxi...

    We went to Mactan for a wedding and caught a 'Grab' taxi from the airport to the accommodation for about A$15. We had a room with a view to the sea, but could also see the housing of the locals, which contrasted to the fancy hotels - so sad to see the living conditions of locals. The area where we stayed was rather quiet and was safe for walking without too much traffic.

    Great beaches on Mactan Island.

    Great beaches on Mactan Island. Also some good nearby attractions like Lapu-Lapu statue, Mactown Newtown, 10,000 Roses Cafe. You will also find more sites in Cebu city like Fort San Pedro, Magellan's Cross, Sto. Nino Church, Temple of Leah, Sirao Flower Garden, Little Kyoto, and Tops Overlook.

    Very reasonable prices for taxis and other transport to get around. Lovely cool shopping malls. Food is very, very good. The staff everywhere are lovely - exceptionally friendly without being intrusive.

    I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been...

    I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been made welcome by the staff. It’s almost just like going to see friends. I am amazed just how many of the staff remember me. Of course being situated right next to the airport is a huge plus. I am already looking forward to seeing my friends again in the future

    this is a pleasant hotel surrounded by poverty and shanty towns, as seems to be the case with most hotels on Mactan island. The rooms are functional and the table and chairs on the balcony outside the room are a nice additional feature. The Lunar Bar on site does nice cocktails and “pub games” such as pool and darts are available in what is a good atmosphere. The beach, although man made is pleasant enough with sun beds and umbrellas free of charge.

    The location itself is good. A budget-friendly old hotel, where you can just sleep overnight comfortably. They have a free hotel transfer to the Mactan Airport. Outlets/Shopping malls and restaurants are just around the corner. No problem with rush shopping. Simple breakfast is fine.
