My stay at Fairmont Qatar was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. We were impressed by the overall quality and ambiance of the hotel, which led us to book a second stay—an indication of how much we genuinely loved the experience. However, I would like to kindly highlight that in-room service was significantly delayed during our visit. We hope this matter will be taken into consideration to further enhance the guest experience. When our group of 3 families made the choice of staying at The Muse, we frankly didn't know what to expect. The property had just been opened, and the guest reviews were not many. We had booked a 3 bed room apartment. We must say that the 3 nights we spent there, was an experience in paradise. Beautiful ambience, a serene atmosphere, ideal location in Lusail, an infinite pool, valet parking, and wonderful team of staff that took care of us. Lastly, but never lastly, a special word of thanks to the ever cheerful Ms. Sonali Bedi, the Hotel Manager, who spared no effort in ensuring our needs were promptly met. The Muse - we would highly recommend it to anyone.
