First thing I noticed is the staff: very friendly and polite ! 10+ for them all (reception, SPA center, dinner, cleaning service personnel who rushed to the reception when we checked out, we forgot a charger in the room). Breakfast and dinner: high quality food and products, more than enough, at a decent price (we had dinner extra). Good espresso. The dining hall is pleasant to the eyes, intimate, very comfy chairs. Plenty of choices for all tastes and dietary lifestyle. Tasty. At dinner, some of us had salads, others chicken schnitzel and other dishes. They don't joke with the quantity, nor quality, no matter the dish. You're stuffed when leaving the restaurant because you can't help yourself from stopping until the dish is empty 😁 The waiter has forgotten one small salad to bring it to us, was not a problem anyway... he apologized several times, was ashamed and wanted to compensate somehow. We appreciated his gesture. He's everywhere in that hotel, from SPA center giving you towels, then offering drinks, then later he's serving in the dining hall, and all that with dedication, smiling and exchanging a few words. Big thanks to him ! Apologize for not remembering his name. SPA center: nicely and clean, excelent clean and warm water. Nice bath wraps (a bigger size, plus 2 smaller size, like prepared for a family) are provided in the room. Towels are given at the SPA center. Maybe a good idea to bring your own slippers, please refer to the section "what I didn't like". Room: nicely decorated and clean, good mattresses (on the stiff side, but I slept well and no back pain in the morning). Parking (free): at least in February, the private parking had plenty of free spaces. It's closed behind an automatic door, it has video surveillance. I fully recommend the hotel.

You can tell that creating a great guest experience is not just part of their job, but part of the culture here. Special thanks to the front desk, who went above and beyond with recommendations and made sure every detail of our stay was seamless. And to the breakfast team—your energy and warmth every morning were the perfect way to start the day. We’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but the staff here truly raised the bar. It’s rare to feel so genuinely looked after while still enjoying complete freedom and comfort. This team deserves every bit of praise. We left feeling not just well-rested, but sincerely appreciated. The place is amazing. It totally exceeds my expectation. It has everything you need. It is spacious and everything is brand new. This is one of my dream room. 5min walk to main square and supermarket. The price is good value. If I come to Sombor next time. This is the only place I wanna stay. I stay in other places in Serbia and pay more but not a place like this. I should stay a few nights more.

    This is a rare and beautiful city that offer beautiful historical architecture and ambience (along with the conveniences of modern life), and some of the most beautiful tree-lined streets that you might ever see. Also, the air here is SO GOOD that you will want to spend all of your time outside while here.

    The city of Sombor has lots of historical buildings.

    The city of Sombor has lots of historical buildings. You can take a walk and find friendly places to drink coffee or beer and later take one of famous restoration to eat (at 2024 they have four listed on Gault & Millau). If you have more than one day take a walk in wide parks near the city and visit some sports events.

    Sombor is a beautiful town and worth a visit. The accommodation was in a quiet location with private parking and looks exactly as described. We had excellent communication with the owners and we didn't have any problems. I would recommend the apartment.
