Excellent location, beautiful interior. I liked the breakfast very much (enough variety for my taste, perfect coffee). Room was clean and quiet. Nice toiletries. There was also a spot you can enter through the corridor (kind of a common room) with a microwave oven and electric kettle, so it was possible to make some tea. I got a room with a small refrigerator.

We had a 4 beds room for 1 night. Very close to the trains station, conveniently located for 2 days in Orebro. 10 minutes walk from city center. Quiet room, very comfortable bed and good breakfast. Very nice decorated small hotel.

We stayed two weeks as we were visiting family in Orebro. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They were constantly trying to help us in any way they could. Location is brilliant, just a short walk to the city centre and old town and very near the train station and car hire Sixt. A convenience store across the road. We were delayed getting to Orebro and were going to be too late to check in. They worked with a family member to check us in and have the keys ready. That family member waited for us in the lobby and had a very young baby and they gave her coffee and biscuits while she waited for us to arrive and made her feel very welcome. It was very hot when we visited and the room was a little warm at night but as soon as we mentioned it they rushed and got us a fan. Not only that they told us they cleaned up a lovely outside terrace on level 1 for us to sit in so we would be more comfortable. Amazing & thoughtful service. A lovely area. This stay was after a month of very busy travelling and we were a bit tired and sometimes i got to breakfast just before closing at 9. They insisted I not worry about the time and still help myself to breakfast even offering to cook more eggs. I saw this happen with a few people. That would never happen in the big hotels! The owners have some family working there and it shows. Everyone is so friendly & focussed on the guests having a good experience. It's not your big 5 star hotel but it's very good value, well run and for us felt like the perfect base in Orebro. Would thoroughly recommend.

    The unique architecture style, well preserved. A combination of old and new. People's diversity and nature! The down side: there are many things in construction or under reparations at the moment. I believe the government should invest more as Örebro has the potential to become a 'Disney Wonderland' kind of adventure.

    Beautiful clean city 😩 lovely people and great places to visit. I’ve stayed in both the Scandic Hotel near the station (lovely and modern) and The Elite Stora Hotel (central, older building, clean and friendly staff) The castle is wonderful and so are the cakes!

    The timeline monument of Örebro and Sweden history at Järntorget really got me. In swedish though, but still fascinating. The statues and artwork around The city - a giant duck made by old Rubber wheels! Have to come back and explore Wadköping that I visited as a Youtube...

    I liked the location. The staff were friendly. The photos on booking.com suggested something that wasn't really there. I can't remember exactly what was said at the check in but the check out was interesting. The reception desk was closed. We left the keys in the room. It was easy enough but unexpected and relied on us guessing the process. The hotel was good, no complaints but as I said, not what I expected given the photos. Other times when I have stayed in old hotels, there is an element of the old-world charm and facilities. This was lacking but there was nothing really wrong with the hotel itself, it was simply my expectation based on what I saw in booking.com.

    The town was quite cultural, with its huge and historically significant castle, and outdoor museum of wooden buildings - but the indoor museum is currently undergoing a year long refurbishment and so inaccessible. The town is also quite pretty, particularly along the river. For shoppers there is a good selection of stores, as well as cafes and restaurants. Like all of Sweden it will be found expensive by non Scandinavians. We arrived by rail, which is a good way to travel, though the station is a little way from the town centre.

    we came to Õrebro for the open art - and this was great - it is on every other year - so after this year it is 2024. the whole town was lovely with a great central castle. Good choice of restaurant and good shopping we will definitely come back to the lovely town

    Everything. The apartment has character. And if you are looking for a clean and comfortable (not luxury) property, this was surprisingly great for the price. It exceeded my expectations. The location is xcellent. Although in the city center, it is very quiet and relaxing inside. The bed is very comfortable as I've not experienced in many expensive hotels. More important: Isaac was very helpful, kind and professional. I recommend this property as one of the best in Scandinavia.

    The room was spacious. The breakfast was decent - different breads, cornflakes, fruits, Knäckebröd, some warm food. We managed to streetpark in zone 2 which is around 200 meters from the hotel overnight for free.
