Noi and Luca were very helpful and super friendly with me. You can ask them anything they will try their best to help you. There is even a catering service downstairs when you go down there is the Pandora café shop you can have breakfast, lunch... very welcoming.

We stayed at Love Beach Resort for about nine days and overall we were satisfied with the experience. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, good A/C, hot water, a fridge, kettle, safe, and daily cleaning and water. The whole resort was clean with a "new" feeling and brightly coloured decor. I don't know who is responsible for cleaning the washrooms by the pool but they were the cleanest most well maintained and stocked washrooms anywhere that we travelled in Southeast Asia and I really appreciated the efforts of the staff to keep it that way. We ate breakfast and had drinks at the resort which was tasty and the servers were always around and quick to attend to your needs. We watched the fire show on the beach at night and enjoyed the relaxed and entertaining experience. The pool area was lovely with lots of seating available and umbrellas and there were floaties available for anyone to use. There was also a massage area by the pool but we did not use it. Overall the staff were really helpful and I felt the resort provided good value. I think the main thing to be aware of if you come here is that this is a party area of Koh Samui, steps away from the main street with many bars and restaurants. If you are looking for this type of experience and want to be right in the heart of the action then it is not a problem but if you are expecting a really quiet peaceful experience you will be disappointed.

Great location and staff. Close to everything but still a sentence escape. Hotel ro clean comfy and roomy. Had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with lots of options and such a great start to our relaxing day. We were here during Songkran yet it was still a relaxing escape from the fun and chaos.

Absolutely fantastic value for the money. Hotel is right by the clean section of the beach which was great. The staff is extremely hospitable, nice, and friendly. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was great, not too much in the crowded area of Chaweng road, but also close to it. Really good cocktails and you get two during the happy hour. Everything was perfect!
