I booked Zelle Hotel for 1 night for my mom, who had a transit in Istanbul, as i saw great reviews about it online. And it definitely was the best choice! The admin was extremely helpful. They organised a transfer pick up and drop off for my mom, who doesn't speak English. They were very professional, kind, and polite. My mom had a great good night sleep at the hotel. She loved how clean and tidy it was! Great value for money and only 10 mins from the IST airport. I recommend this 100% Will definitely be staying here if we ever travel through or to Istanbul again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we stepped into our room, we were impressed by the condition and ambiance. The room was spacious, with a cozy yet elegant vibe that instantly made us feel at home. We also had an unobstructed view of the Black Sea that was absolutely stunning—an ideal backdrop for a relaxing evening. The staff were incredible, providing warm, attentive service from start to finish, but what truly exceeded our expectations was the kindness of Pansher, one of the team members. I had secretly requested a birthday cake for my partner, and not only did Pansher organize this surprise for us, but he insisted on gifting it, despite my willingness to pay extra. His generosity was such a touching gesture, and it truly made our last night unforgettable. Although we were only there for one night, it was the perfect way to conclude our trip before heading to the airport the following day. The warm and generous hospitality left a lasting impression, and we couldn’t have asked for a better end to our travels. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay with exceptional service.

The staff and owner went above and beyond for us when we ordered something at the bar that they didn’t have. The owner actually went to the shop around the corner to get what we wanted - we have never had service like this! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room we had was huge and absolutely perfect. Everything was exceptionally clean and fresh. The pool was glorious as it was extremely hot and it freshened us up in no time.

It's a newly built, very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is really friendly and very attentive. There's also a transfer service from the airport to the hotel. I was very pleased. I thank them all for their wonderful hospitality.

Great place! We needed a hotel close to the airport. Not only we rested well, the stuff was so very welcoming and helpful, we got spa treatment included for the price of our room. Spa was very good, helped us relax and we were the only ones there, great experience. They also helped us with the round trip shuttle, even though we asked last minute. I recommended this hotel.
