1. The personnel is amazing (special thanks to Ceren and Rza, you guys are wonderful), we never felt that welcomed before: the room was impeccably clean by our arrival, we were let in earlier than the default check-in time, delicious tea and treats were provided which made us feel better after a long flight. The following night, prior to our departure to the airport, Rza provided us with fresh sandwiches which made a nice breakfast snack, we appreciated care and attention! 2. The atmosphere and the design - every detail counts. Nothing too pompous and not too minimalist like. There is even a separate drawer named Snacks :) 3. There is EVERYTHING needed in the hotel room including toothbrush and paste. 4. The sea view out of the window is just incredible! After the fuss of the airport vibe it is the best thing which helps to zone out and relax. 5. The menu offers a nice variety and prices are a good value. All is cooked quickly. 6. The music at the reception - not too loud, not karaoke-like. Simple and stylish. Finally, the transfer - we had asked for it in advance and the driver was there to pick us up and then drop off right on time! So, if we have a long layover in the future and need to stay over in Istanbul, we will 100% stay with Villa Business Hotel.

The staff and owner went above and beyond for us when we ordered something at the bar that they didn’t have. The owner actually went to the shop around the corner to get what we wanted - we have never had service like this! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room we had was huge and absolutely perfect. Everything was exceptionally clean and fresh. The pool was glorious as it was extremely hot and it freshened us up in no time.

It's a newly built, very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is really friendly and very attentive. There's also a transfer service from the airport to the hotel. I was very pleased. I thank them all for their wonderful hospitality.
