Everything! Staff were great from the minute we arrived, very friendly and welcoming and helpful (Meg in particular was very welcoming, kind and great fun to chat to as we checked in!). The breakfast was lovely with a great variety. Room was very nice and even had an unexpected view and mini balcony as well as free snacks and drinks in the room which we were not expecting. We LOVED this place, if we’re ever lucky enough to visit Taichung again we’ll be staying here!

The hotel was literally along the night market street! Yet it wasn’t too noisy too. It was also clean and had enough space for our family of 5 (w 3 young kids). We opted for the room with bathtub and the bathroom was spacious enough for me to shower my kids too!

The breakfast was one of the best I've experienced in the entire East Asia in 5-6 years of trips to the region. It was the first time that I had enjoyed a hotel breakfast. Latex pillows that were available in the room were terrific. The hotel staff was accommodating and responsive. I had a few requests during my stay, and they usually responded/helped within 15 minutes.
