    I would not suggest anyone to book this hotel

    I would not suggest anyone to book this hotel I had a family emergency, and I was unable to travel or check in, I called the hotel a day before. The person talk to me confirmed me my reservation was cancelled without a cancellation fee, 64004614 was also provided as the cancellation ref number. but my credit card was charged for the cost of a day. I called again the hotel, and response was so bad. I emailed to hotel and there is no response so far.. Hoels.com was also was not helpful.

    From previous visit to Owings Mills a couple of years ago...

    From previous visit to Owings Mills a couple of years ago and staying at Holiday Express we noticed wear on the building and public areas were not as clean as our previous visit when the building appeared new. Hallway around the elevator needed mopping.

    The hotel was nice, and Mr.

    The hotel was nice, and Mr. Cliff at the front desk was very professional and helpful. The hotel offered all the necessary amenities, and the location was safe and pleasant. However, the breakfast was just standard; I wish there had been more variety.

    Nice spacious rooms. Good breakfast facilities. Great Location. However their housekeeping is AWFUL. After 3 days our rooms had not been cleaned and serviced ONCE. And that is despite direct requests to the front desk to ensure it was done. Don't book the hotel via a 3rd party like booking.com! If you do, Hilton will deny any responsibility for the quality of your stay and any possible complaints you have.

    Staffs made my stay unpleasant right from when My family checked in. We did not have a good experience with the front desk staff very unfriendly and looking miserable. First impression matters and this has stayed with me.

    Arriving was was a nightmare.

    Arriving was was a nightmare. Staff was so rude stating "she was about to be off". The pool was dirty with floating hair. Had to ask for rooms close together when I messaged in advance more than once for this request. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. It says they have Starbucks but they just have Starbucks coffee which staff has no idea how to make. Bar overpriced. Most people went to liquor store across the street. The place is not worth coming. If it wasn't the host hotel for the dance competition I would have never stayed here. Definitely not coming here again. Only good thing I can say is the bed was clean.... I hope and the bed was comfortable enough.

    Breakfast Was Delicious And Plentiful. Check In Person Was Very Friendly And Helpful. Room Was Modern And A Nice View. I Like The Fact That The Hotel Didn't Allow Pets. This Was The Main Reason I Selected This Hotel Considering People That Might Be Allergic And Keeping The Hotel Very Clean. I Truly Appreciated That. THANK YOU.

    The room was spacious, easy to location( room & the hotel), bed was comfortable. Had a bar/lounge area in the lobby, parking was great. VERY convenient to everything. FREE wifi ( which i needed for work). The staff was helpful, nice & respectful.
